Since using this practice in 2012, we have always found all the staff to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable & warm & friendly. I never mind which vet I see with both my dogs as they are all welcoming & professional. The practice is always clean & tidy with plenty of useful tips & information in the waiting room. Thanks to all the staff for looking after our animals, I would recommend them to anyone.

The staff at white house vets are amazing !!! We have a beautiful puppy , 2 cats and 2 rabbits who all visit this vets .. Over the yrs I've had sad times when We have had to put our indoor rabbit down before his time .. Which was horrible as he was clearly and visibly so Ill and the vet was so kind and sensitive to the sad situation ., Handled with such care that I'm sure Jerry our rabbit and the children's rabbit was very peaceful in the end .. Also not so long ago we had our first family puppy and at times I've had many questions or thought to myself I'm not sure if I'm doing this right and I've just rang or popped in and they have 100% always offered me helpful tips , advice , treatment or even pieces of mind which is great !!so I can then look and feel like im providing the best care for my much loved pets !! The receptiononest staff are always very warm , helpful and friendly which is so important as they are the first people you see and they always make a fuss of my animals..They make a lovely team .. And I'm forever grateful for the care , hard work and service they provide for my gorgeous animals .Best vets in malvern .. Ty from all of us
